Since school ended and I am unemployed I decided to put more focus on my yoga practice to keep my mind focused and positive. I’m trying to practice at least 4 days a week so that my muscle memory improves… which it has tremendously. I honestly don’t know where my mind would be at if it wasn’t for yoga. In case you’re wondering I volunteer at the yoga studio once a week and in exchange I can take UNLIMITED yoga classes. Yes, I am one happy gal. By the way I chose this photo because I was finally able to do this pose this week, and it felt so amazing. I felt my heart open up more than ever, it was amazing. So with that said if you practice yoga don’t give up, keep a positive mind and know you’ll get there one way or another. Namaste!
